PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR:
A vacancy has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor in the firms Hampshire office. The ideal solicitor will be a hardworking individual who will be an integral part of the Private Client team. The role is varied and challenging, dealing with wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate matters, inheritance tax and court of protection matters. Technical competence is essential with a wide range of private client experience, as you will be responsible for running your own independent caseload. You will have excellent client care skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and be able to actively promote the department. Your key skills will include being able to work under pressure, have a professional pro-active approach, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, excellent organisational skills and be a team player. This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a long established firm, who will be encouraged to further develop their career.
