Martin has gained six years experience in legal recruitment, essentially in Search and Selection within private practice.
During this time Martin has developed excellent relationships with clients and candidates and worked closely with both parties to ensure a smooth transition. Having experience of working with all levels of solicitors, ranging from equity partners through to assistants, has ensured Martin delivers the same level of service throughout the process.
Prior to legal recruitment Martin gained twenty years experience working for an International Bank were he gained his initial understanding of recruitment . Working with commercial clients and high net worth individuals has enabled Martin to build relationships and understand the needs of the public.
