Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Leicestershire, £40,000+ (DOE) – An established East Midlands based practice is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to support their ongoing growth plans. JOB REF: 5514.

THE ROLE:
• As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be undertaking high-quality, varied and complex work on behalf of a varied client base.
• You will be advising on landlord and tenant matters, development work as well as acquisitions and disposals along with leases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in conducting your own caseload of commercial property matters.
• You will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently together with working effectively within a team.
