PARALEGAL (RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY), 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, CENTRAL LONDON, £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established firm, within a respected and busy residential property department. JOB REF:5811.

• An experienced Residential Property Paralegal is sought by this respected Central London firm.
• The ideal Residential Property Paralegal will have a minimum of 12 months experience with a good grounding in residential property.
• You will ideally be bilingual in Chinese and English
• You will be responsible for file opening, raising invoice, day to day administration, applying for searches, post completion formalities and filing SDLT.
