JOB TITLE:    Personal Injury Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury
PQE:              0-3 years’ PQE
LOCATION:   Greater Manchester
SALARY:       On application

•The designated Personal Injury Solicitor will focus solely on Catastrophic Injury cases, aiding the team with a diverse workload primarily centred around brain injury claims, alongside spinal cord and amputation cases.

•Responsibilities of the position involve compiling and drafting witness statements, reviewing medical records, providing instructions to Counsel and experts, and attending Court hearings.

•Applications are opened to Newly Qualified Solicitors or Solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and experience assisting on catastrophic injury cases.

•Strong communication and client care skills are imperative for success in this position, alongside a willingness and ability to set a positive example and share knowledge within the broader department.
