THE ROLE:
This leading law firm is looking for a lawyer to join their close-knit Banking and Finance team, with the opportunity to lead and support transactions and access a portfolio of varied and high-quality work. The role will involve a broad range of matters, advising on mid-market secured lending transactions – including acquisition and leveraged debt – as well as real estate and asset financing.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be either Newly Qualified, or be looking to change practice area, and will need to have good commercial awareness. Experience in transactional work is necessary, you should be confident and driven, willing to take responsibility for managing your own matters and eager to develop a strong network of client relationships whilst being supported by the team.
