THE ROLE:
This firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to urgently join their growing private client team, confident in matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, wills, and probate. You will be expected to show capability in managing a high caseload with minimal supervision, as well as work well alongside a busy and dedicated team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 3 years’ PQE dealing with complex probate matters and be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage files, as well as work to agreed deadlines. You should be confident and personable, able to work well with their team, and STEP qualification is desirable.

THE FIRM:
