RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR – LOCUM – 2+ PQE, WEST MIDLANDS, £35 - £40 PER HOUR. An opportunity to join a growing law firm based in West Midlands and provide support with sales and purchasing matters for up to 3 months. JOB REF: 5352

• The applicant should have at least 2 years’ PQE specifically specialising in Sales and Purchasing matters, however experience with other residential conveyancing matters is welcome.

• The candidate should have proven track record of managing own caseload from the beginning until completion without supervision.

• Must be able to take care of own administrative tasks.

• This role is open to hybrid working, preferably 2 days on site, but additional flexibility is possible.

• This role requires the ability to hit the ground running and pick up the existing caseload.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with presentation, organisational and time management skills.
