OVERVIEW:

  • This position will see you joining a highly regarded litigation team, handling general commercial litigation and property disputes. 
  • This is varied role that will give the successful solicitor high levels of autonomy and responsibility from the outset, providing high quality technical work. 
  • You will be responsible for your own caseload, with some supervision, handling matters including both commercial contractual issues and property related disputes to include claims over the ownership of land, rights of way, landlord and tenant matters.
  • The successful Solicitor will be 7+ years’ PQE having gained excellent training and experience with another leading law firm.
  • Applications are sought from commercial litigation and property litigation specialists who are commercially aware, as well as offering excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. 
  • You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team such as delivering seminars and writing blogs/articles.
  • Boasting a highly regarded dispute resolution team, you will gain exposure to a diverse caseload on behalf of a wide range of clients.
