JOB TITLE:      Contentious Probate Solicitor

SALARY:         Up to c£65, 000 DOE

•Having a highly regarded Wills, Trusts and Tax team, the firm is highly ranked in the independent legal guide The Legal 500. As part of the firms' contentious probate practice, you will specialise in challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance Act, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, and the removal of executors and trustees.

•You will manage your workload, efficiently juggling multiple intricate cases simultaneously. Furthermore, you will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to completing tasks accurately on the initial attempt.

•Applicants should have at least 5 years’ PQE and extensive experience handling Contentious Probate matters with a client focused approach.

•Our client is looking for an individual who is confident and capable of getting involved in the marketing and business development activities of the team.
