PENSIONS SOLICITOR, UP TO 4 YEARS’ PQE, MANCHESTER – A specialist team have a newly established role on offer for a talented and ambitious Pensions Solicitor. Job Ref: 5230

• This team advise on all aspects of pensions law including scheme mergers, solvent restructuring, buy-ins/buyouts, pension issues on corporate transactions as well as member complaints and grievances.

• The team’s client base is made up of private individuals, employers and pension scheme trustees.

• The appointed Pensions Solicitor will be responsible for drafting, interpreting and advising on pension scheme documents, advising pensions legislations, providing support to the Pensions Partner and engaging in business development activities to support the department’s growth.
