THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for an ambitious Court of Protection Lawyer to join their team. Our client is looking for experienced paralegals, solicitors or legal executives to manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship applicants from application to administration in relation to property and affairs. It involves making appropriate decisions, exercising judgement, understanding and managing financial budgets, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the lives of the firm’s clients. As part of their role, the legal professional will provide advice regarding the Court of Protection and monitor clients' eligibility for statutory funding and other entitlements. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.

THE CANDIDATE:

An ideal candidate will have experience working in court of protection however it is not essential. You must be a team player and have a positive approach to your work.
