CORPORATE TAX SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £95,000+ (DOE), NATIONAL LAW FIRM - This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Corporate Tax Solicitor to conduct diverse and challenging work within a flourishing Legal 500 team. JOB REF: 5123.

OVERVIEW:

• You will advise on the corporate tax aspects of mainstream corporate, banking and commercial transactions as well as providing standalone corporate tax advice for FTSE 100/250, leading financial institutions
• You will be a team player and be able to work with others at all levels of the firm.
• You will be a strong communicator with good rapport building skills and the resilience to work under pressure by organising yourself effectively to meet deadlines as needed.
