NQ Commercial Property Solicitor, South Yorkshire – A leading firm with offices across Yorkshire and the Midlands are seeking an ambitious NQ Solicitor for their Commercial Property team.

The Role:
- Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, commercial refinancing, land development, commercial leases and tenancies and adverse possession
- Draft contracts, deeds, transfers, statements and bills
- Involvement in business development to encourage growth of the team
Required Experience:
- You will have completed a seat in Commercial Property during your training contract and have had exposure to the areas of work listed above
- The ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a busy team
- You must be client care focused
