JOB TITLE: Plot Conveyancer
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £DOE

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plot Conveyancer to join a reputable and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a minimum of 3 years PQE in plot sales to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Responsibilities:
• Handling a caseload of plot sales and part-exchange properties as well as assisting with the day-to-day supervision of the growing team.
• Working on behalf of property development clients, you will deal with the full caseload from inception to completion.
• Duties include setting up new sites, attending client meetings together with assisting with ancillary site set-up matters.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant property law, planning regulations, and construction issues.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
