SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
Due to expansion, this established law firm is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Lawyer into their thriving team. The disputes team cover the broad remit of litigation matters and the appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive can expect to deal with a full and varied caseload of matters including contested probate matters, property litigation, contractual disputes and potentially professional negligence claims along with other civil litigation matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of civil litigation matters gained within a reputable practice recognised for their litigation offerings. You will either be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and be well versed in providing advice on property disputes, contested probate matter and contract and debt disputes. Ideal Civil Litigation Lawyers will have a strong track record of advising on a diverse range of civil litigation matters and be looking for a supportive environment where you can see your career flourish.
