OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a reputable team.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Months experience gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload of matters to include, business sales and purchases, mergers acquisitions and share sales, business start up and growth and private equity transactions and investments.
• Experience of secured finance matters would be advantageous.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment and under pressure.
