SALARY: Up to circa £40,000
THE ROLE:
Our client, with a strong reputation in the Leicestershire area, is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing residential property team. You will be covering the broad remit of residential property matters including sales, purchases, both freehold and leasehold matters as well as managing all stages of the conveyancing process. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be drafting and reviewing contracts, conduction property searchers, investigating property titles, preparing documents such as transfer deeds.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have either be a recently qualified or soon to be qualified Solicitor with previous residential conveyancing experience. You will be a team player, with excellent inter-personal skills, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients.
