OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be joining a friendly and supportive team where your career will flourish.
• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of planning including planning applications, objections, planning appeals, Section 106 agreements, tree preservation orders and breach of condition notices
• You will have excellent communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• Working closely with the Head of Department you will be handling a really exciting caseload.
• Hybrid and flexible working options available.
