OVERVIEW
• This highly reputable Residential Development Team have expertise in acquisition through affordable housing, build to rent / PRS sales, site set up, management structures and infrastructure agreements.
• The team look after a range of market leading residential development clients on a national, multi service line panel basis.
• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with a large regional or City firm.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well with a team environment.
• You will be confident and capable of supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• Competitive remuneration package on offer.
