JOB TITLE: Credit Hire Lawyer
PQE: Up to 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Liverpool or Manchester


THE ROLE:
My client is seeking recruiting a Credit Hire Solicitor to handles a range of litigated motor files on behalf of defendant clients. Managing your own caseload, you will be dealing with files through to conclusion, including instructing investigators and Counsel and making Part 36 offers.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with up to c3 years’ PQE dealing with litigated credit hire claims. Your background will ideally be within the defendant sector, but the firm is also open to hearing from Solicitors with a strong claimant track record in credit hire. It is essential that you have knowledge of CPR, excellent communication skills and be a tenacious individual, prepared to provide your clients with a legal service that is 2nd to none.
