OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE of working in Risk and Compliance within a law firm.
• You will be responsible for the management of the firm’s Risk and Compliance arrangements, including its policies and procedures, and providing advice on compliance and regulatory matters to partners and staff.
• You will produce concise, professional, policies, bulletins, communications and training materials to improve risk and compliance knowledge across the firm
• You will provide technical advice on a broad range of risk and compliance matters, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering, protection and information security, conflicts of interests and confidentiality issues and professional ethics queries
• You will carry out audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures and make recommendations for remedial action.
• You will have excellent organisational and administration skills
• You will have strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
