The firm represents clients in some of the most challenging and complex cases, and they are seeking ambitious paralegals, solicitors or legal executives to support with a caseload of Court of Protection matters. You will manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship applicants from application to administration. In this role, you'll make appropriate decisions, exercise judgment, manage financial budgets, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the lives of the firm’s clients. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work daily. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professionals looking to solidify their career in the Legal Market.
Our client is keen to hear from paralegals, legal executives, or Solicitors that have experience in a similar environment within a busy department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience with court of protection cases, as well as good organisational and strong IT skills.
