JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Liverpool

THE ROLE:
The Dispute Resolution team with this nationally regarded law firm is in a position of growth and recruiting as part of its expansion. The team is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its specialists in Manchester where you will focus on Finance litigation matters for an established base of lenders as well complex debt recovery and contract claims. You will also work with colleagues from the wider Commercial Litigation team on major projects. Part of your role will be to take responsibility for the supervision of junior colleagues and get involved in the growth and development of the client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE and a proven track record handling disputes involving financial issues and debt recovery matters alongside more general commercial litigation work. You will be team-focused, with excellent commercial acumen, strong business development skills and experience supervising junior members of the team
