OVERVIEW:
• Due to increasing cases, this leading firm is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• The team has a diverse client base, working with the disadvantaged as well as sophisticated high net worth clients.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include trustee disputes, will challenges and family provision. We are looking for experience in the sector and a willingness to learn.
• You will be a progressive and personable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
