JOB TITLE: Account Handler
LOCATION: Birmingham – parking on site provided
SALARY: £35,000

THE ROLE:
You will be working as an account handler managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs and requirements are met with efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions that align with their goals. You will cultivate strong lasting relationships with clients acting as their main point of contact and addressing any concerns or enquiries promptly. You will conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate coverage options. You will also oversee the administration of insurance policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation,

THE CANDIDATE:
You must have a degree in business, finance, or a related field. You will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months as an account manager within the insurance industry and will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of various insurance products and coverage. An understanding of the construction industry is desirable and most definitely advantageous. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will be proficient in using insurance management software and other relevant tools. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work in a robust team environment is key.
