JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 10+ PQE.
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
As the well-rounded Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will be joining an already successful private client team and be expected to deal with all types of private client matters. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience, you will be advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Court of Protection and Estate Administration. The successful Private Client Lawyer will be required to advise on probate matters and mentor junior fee earners within the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in conducting their own caseload of private client matters. With a proven track record within private client, you will ideally be STEP qualified and possess the ability to deliver assistant on inheritance tax and elderly client matters. Ideal Private Client Lawyers will have a good working knowledge of agricultural matters. Boosting a strong professional approach, you will be looking for role which provides you with plenty of scope to progress your career as well as handle a high-quality caseload of private client matters. This position of Private Client Lawyer will suit a self-starter who possesses the ambition and desire to develop further.
