THE ROLE:
A reputable practice who is keen to capitalise on their recent successes is looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Corporate Partner to play a key role in driving the growth and success of the corporate practice in Nottinghamshire. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and growing the team / corporate offerings further. Key responsibilities will involve leading and developing the corporate practice, fostering strong relationships, collaborate with other partners and teams effectively to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients. You will ideally have your own diverse portfolio of corporate transactions / clients and be looking for a firm which supports your career aspirations in developing this further.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a Corporate Partner, you will have a network of connections who would be able to instruct you on future matters. With substantial corporate law experience gained within the Nottingham market, you will be well versed in all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. The firm are committed to client satisfaction and ensuring their employees work within a supportive and collegiate work environment which the firms’ wider corporate team do in abundance. Demonstrated business development success and a strong network in the Nottinghamshire business community is a must for this role.
