THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor has become available, to manage a caseload. The role offers an outstanding career opportunity for a solicitor seeking long-term commitment from a firm. Key responsibilities of this role include meeting targets for chargeable time, fee income, billing, and fee collection. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the postholder to get their hands on complex and interesting work. Thus, they require a talented individual to join the team and work in collaboration in growing and developing the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from experienced Real Estate Solicitors who have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The appointed Solicitor must demonstrate a willingness to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness - to provide excellent service to their clients. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role. The Legal Professional will work efficiently as a fee earner within the department, incorporating the ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives. As an experienced Legal Professional, you will be able to use your initiative in addition to your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
