SALARY:           Up to c£45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A reputable firm based in the North East are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality corporate caseload. The appointed Legal Professional will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.
The Corporate Solicitor joining this firm should be professional, confident, and eager to advance their career in a busy and friendly practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a driven, determined and commercially minded Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE and a proven track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic legal environments. You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and your natural instinct will be to work as part of a team, to support colleagues to achieve their goals in the pursuit of your own success. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills with a keen focus on maintaining established client relationships. The appointed candidate will lead by example and share knowledge within the department.
