JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Partner)
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: Newcastle

THE ROLE:
This leading, national practice is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to strengthen its Litigation practice in Newcastle. Joining as a Partner, as part of a wider national team, you will take responsibility for advising employer clients in all aspects of Employment law strengthening relationships with existing contacts as well as bringing in new business opportunities to the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
This exciting opportunity would suit a Commercial Litigator already in a Partnership role seeking a new challenge which offers you the responsibility of building a team around you and the scope to contribute to the regional strategy for the firm. The successful Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of commercial disputes gained with firms known for their expertise in the sector. Experience of supervising more junior colleagues and an ease with team management as well as demonstrable experience of marketing, networking and keeping industry knowledge relevant. A strong book of regional contacts and an element of client following is essential.
