JOB TITLE:       Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION:      West Yorkshire
PQE:                 Newly Qualified
SALARY:           Up to £40,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A highly regarded law firm is seeking the addition of Newly Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience to join their Elderly Client team. The role involves dealing with a wide range of Private Client matters, specifically with older and vulnerable clients, preparing Wills and Trusts, and advising on their financial affairs. It is anticipated that the successful Private Client Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running with cases at various stages of completion. You will have the ability to put the clients’ interest at the heart of what you do by keeping them up to date with each step of the process. The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly skilled solicitors that possesses the knowledge and expertise necessary to handle even the most intricate probate cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience working in private client work.
Our client is seeking an exceptional Probate Solicitor who possesses a unique blend of legal expertise, client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail. The appointed legal professional will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care, and a passion for private client law are all essential requirements for this post. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients.
