JOB TITLE:         Private Client Solicitor

THE ROLE:
This firm acts for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice in all areas of private client law. This firm in West Yorkshire require the services of an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with strong business acumen to join their well-established team. This fee-earning role will include progressing basic matters and supporting senior fee-earners in more complex cases and ensuring accurate and the speedy turnaround of work, responding promptly to clients and colleagues. A typical day will see you advising clients on matters ranging from Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. You will have the ability to put the clients’ interest at the heart of what you do by keeping them up to date with each step of the process.

THE CANDIDATE:
Successful candidates will obtain strong organisation and communication skills, to offer the best service for understanding and meeting clients’ needs. Our client is seeking a talented and hardworking Private Client Solicitor looking to progress their career in a busy department. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE, and you will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
