JOB TITLE:             Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED:     up to 4 years’ PQE
LOCATION:             East Yorkshire
SALARY:                 up to c£45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established firm. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of residential property transactions from start to finish. It will be the appointed candidate's responsibility to handle their own diverse caseload of matters including, sales, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work, and plot purchases. The firm holds a respectful reputation, not only by offering high quality service to clients but also offering a supportive work environment for their employees. Thus, they require a talented individual to join the team and work in collaboration in growing and developing the firm further.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers with up to 4 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. A core value of the firm is providing quality client service; thus, the successful candidate should have strong communication and organisation skills to offer the best service for understanding and meeting clients' needs. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will be able to use your initiative in addition to your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
