THE ROLE

Whether your specialism is in general commercial matters, IT, IP, Data Protection we would be keen to hear from you!! THE CANDIDATE:
As the appointed Commercial Solicitor (Senior Associate / Partner) you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of commercial, IT, IP and data protection law but may well be feeling frustrated by your current firm's direction. You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed an in depth knowledge in all areas including contracts, financial services regulatory, data protection, IT and IP. You will have developed a strong network of contacts (that will be only too pleased to instruct you on future matters) and will be a strong and motivational leader. Applications are also sought from Commercial Solicitors who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You MUST have a following / network of contacts for this role.
