THE ROLE:
Growing social housing team in East Anglia is looking to recruit a forward-thinking Social Housing Lawyer to play a key role in further developing the highly successful social housing team. The appointed Social Housing Lawyer will be actively involved in drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements for registered providers, acquisitions of “s.106 sites” for registered providers from private housebuilders, acquisitions of housing development sites for registered providers together with supervising a team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Social Housing Solicitor will have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience and be willing to take on an exciting and technically challenging role in which the ability to understand your clients, their businesses and sectors, whilst delivering practical, pragmatic and commercial solutions in a timely, ethical and innovative way is key. You will have gained relevant experience within a leading national or regional firm renowned for their social housing law offerings. Applications will be considered from Solicitors focused on pure Social Housing Real Estate work or those undertaking this work as part of a wider Commercial Property role and keen to specialise.
