THE ROLE:
As the Head of Court of Protection, you will need to be prepared to come in and hit the ground running. You will be overseeing a team of talented lawyers ensuring their growth and development. You will provide expert guidance on a wide range of court of protection matters. You will be developing and executing strategic plans to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of legal advice and representation. You will be collaborating closely with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will need to be a qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE and a strong background in court of protection law. Ideally you will already be a partner in a law firm and will be looking for the next challenge in your career. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team. You will have exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills and will be dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
