JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: At least 2 years fee earning experience
LOCATION: West Yorkshire (Commutable from: Bradford, Leeds, Otley, Bingley, Pudsey)

OVERVIEW:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be joining part of an award winning firm with a strong and dynamic work ethos. A competitive salary package is offered including flexible working options and great career development opportunities/

CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Residential Property law who are looking to progress their career within a progressive and friendly environment. The appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be confident and capable of managing a busy and varied residential property caseload including, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgage and equity release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale, purchasing and leasing. The successful Residential Property Lawyer will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
