JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor - Locum
PQE: 1-3 years
LOCATION: Greater London
HOURLY RATE: £30.00 - £40.00 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor to provide ongoing support for around 3 months to cover a period of permanent recruitment, you will be able to commence the role immediately. You will be dealing with an influx of consumer protection cases including nuisance (Japanese Knotweed) and secret commissions claims in their specialist claims department. This role requires the candidate to be office based. The appointed candidate will be managing an allocated workload and be required to progress these matters through to settlement or trial.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with civil litigation matters and compliance with the civil procedure rules. Additional experience within consumer protection cases will be highly advantageous, particularly in the areas of Japanese Knotweed and Secret Commission cases. You will have immediate availability and will be able to commit the whole 3-month assignment.
