JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: Newly qualified
LOCATION: Liverpool

THE ROLE:
This Property Litigation team in Liverpool provides advice on the full range of contentious property issues. Working with a nationwide team of specialist Property Litigation Solicitors, you will work with a wide range of clients from sectors including transport and infrastructure, leisure, energy and charities, advising on the full range of property litigation matters. As you gain in experience, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, whilst continuing to work on more complex matters under the guidance of experienced partners.

THE CANDIDATE:
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Newly Qualified solicitor to specialise in Property Litigation. The successful candidate will have first class academics and have trained with another top 100 law firm, having spent seats in Commercial Property and Commercial or Property Litigation. Good drafting skills, a commercial pragmatic outlook and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues is absolutely key to making a success of this role.
