JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
PQE: NQ +
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Company Commercial Solicitor will be joining a busy team in West Sussex dealing with a mixed bag of company commercial law, including (but not limited to) handling a variety of complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions) and business-related disputes. You will be drafting and negotiating contracts, letters and other documents as required as well as liaising with internal and external parties.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be NQ +, ideally with experience of this area of law and have a flexible and adaptable approach. Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential together with being organised and methodical in order to manage and adhere to deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of legal advice in a timely manner.
