THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for investigating title and report to clients, acquiring sites for the purpose of providing residential housing together with the relevant development agreement to ensure the client's objectives are achieved and deal with complicated title, planning, estate management and infrastructure issues and leasehold projects

THE CANDIDATE
The successful Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE experience within a development, real estate or generalist housing profession in legal or professional services. You will have experience in both leasehold and freehold, development and regeneration and an understanding of affordable housing products, regulation and procedures, particularly in relation to shared ownership and equity. Our client is looking for candidates who are able to deliver clear and authoritative advice and strong recommendations to clients, often under significant time pressure. The role will offer the opportunity to develop leadership skills within their highly motivated and ambitious team and will require you to demonstrate you have the ability to proactively develop client relationships and drive forward the development of yourself, the team and firm.
