Residential Conveyancer, East London – This leading law firm based in East London is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful team. JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: East London
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with a busy and varied caseload, liaising with both clients and external sources to handle all aspects of residential property law. This will include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity. You must be able to nurture and develop existing relationships whilst investing in new ones.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2+ years’ PQE and be able to manage and adhere to deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of customer service. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you must have a solid knowledge of this area of law and be committed to keeping up to date with compliance training and regulations in accordance with the SRA code of practice.
