JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: £17,000 - £25,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will be working alongside qualified staff providing legal and administrative support, including but not limited to, case preparation, bundling, arranging and attending conferences and client meetings, marketing team services and networking. You will be assisting the Head of Department on a variety of work and there will be plenty of scope for personal development together with an opportunity to develop the profile of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal would ideally have an LPC or GDL qualification (LPC preferred but not essential) and be able to adhere to and manage deadlines whilst working under pressure. You will be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication skills and have a solid technical ability. As you will be assisting colleagues and Fee Earners, you must be able to follow financial guidelines with respect to solicitor’s account rules and cash flow control on case files.
