JOB TITLE: Regulatory Advocate
PQE: 5+ years
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This exciting role will comprise of presenting cases for hearing including interim order applications, reviews, contested hearings and subject to your rights of audience, applicants for interim order extensions in the High Court. You will be advising on more complex aspects of regulatory investigations and approving on draft allegations to be considered by Fitness to Practice Committees.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will ideally have advocacy experience, including trial advocacy, preferably in a regulatory or a Fitness to Practise context, however our client will consider candidates who can demonstrate the required experience from other sectors.

THE FIRM:
