Corporate Solicitor, London – Well established firm of Solicitors looking to recruit a mid-level Solicitor supporting the Partners in their busy growing practice, a great opportunity with scope for growth! JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 4-6 + years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £65,000 - £85,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Corporate Solicitor will work in an already thriving corporate department to support the Partners. Covering all areas of corporate law but in particular, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, impact investing, venture capital and private equity deals.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 4-6 + years’ PQE and possess a proactive and innovative work ethic. It is essential the successful Corporate Solicitor is not afraid to test assumptions and challenges to engage in a variety of areas that will allow you to innovate. A logical mind with good technical skills together with a personable character would be beneficial.
