JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 1+ years
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This exciting and varied role will encompass a broad range of general commercial property work, to include acting on sales and acquisitions (private treaty & auction), letting (landlord & tenant) property management (including licences to assign, underlet work and alter etc) and property finance.

THE CANDIDATE:
A good strong knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax would be beneficial to the successful applicant, together with a 2:1 or higher degree. Experience gained in a top 100 firm is preferred.
