JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 4+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £70,000 – £90,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The appointed Corporate Solicitor would be expected to advise on all aspects of commercial lending and security, company law, company reconstructions, financing and re-financing of business, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, private company mergers & acquisitions and other public company work.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will have 4+ years’ PQE in a corporate team and a 2:1 degree or higher is preferred. This would be an ideal transition for an ambitious practitioner looking to move laterally from a large or national firm or an enthusiastic and able candidate looking to work for a larger practice dealing with larger transactions.
