SENIOR PARALEGAL & SENIOR LEGAL EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE:
We have two outstanding opportunities with a global top 10 legal practice for a Senior/Chartered Legal Executive and a Senior Paralegal to join this thriving Corporate Real Estate team in Birmingham. The firms deal and client coverage is unparalleled and the team is often referred to as one of the largest Real Estate practices, with a hugely varied portfolio of work. The Corporate Real Estate team acts for a wide range of corporate occupiers including a large range of household names. They act on all property matters for these clients from their most strategic projects (such as HQ relocations) to their routine estate management transactions (licences, renewals, acquisitions etc.) – and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have current or prior experience working with Corporate Occupier clients.
