Private Client LAWYER NQ – 2 PQE based in the West Midlands, attracting a salary of up to £32,000 plus benefits, agile working and 34 days holiday. PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER:
Newly qualified to 2 years PQE Solicitor or, newly qualified to 2 years Legal Executive or, non-qualified Fee Earner with at least 4 years’ experience. You must be adept at all private client matters and able to work with minimal supervision. There is a caseload in place with active files around 50-70 at any one time. Duties will include drafting, prepare and register Powers of Attorney, run own files in respect of non-taxable estate work, give lifetime planning advice, tax and asset protection advice. Assist senior team members with complex matters. Most importantly being keen to develop your knowledge and support the growth of the business.
